Hi, my name is Ylandia and I’m from Dallas, Texas! I have been an artist since elementary, going to the library and checking out “How To Draw” books. This eventually led to my love of anime and manga. I was always inspired by the vivid colors and beautiful art behind Japanese culture. I began my formal art training as a Junior in high school learning how to oil paint, figure draw, and illustrate. This grew my love for Classical, Renaissance, and Baroque paintings. After graduating from high school, I continued my formal training in illustration design in Pasadena CA.

Currently, I am continuing to explore modern concepts and themes. In my recent work with vivid colors and expressions my artistic capabilities are limitless.

I am now on a new journey as a Tattoo Apprentice at Rebel Muse under the amazing and beautiful Liz Cook. I am so grateful and excited for the opportunity to learn and grow under her guidance, mentorship, and being a part of the Rebel Muse family.
